GROWL

I helped to found a make-believe startup company called “Dirty Paws” for a Business of Design class. My teammates (Po-Hsun Yu, Qian Zeng, Di Wang and Anqi Li) and I developed a product called “Growl”, which is a mobile application designed to “gamify” the process of scheduling tasks.I served as the Chief Marketing Officer for our startup, and compiled a comprehensive, 40+ page marketing plan. I gained many valuable research skills in the area of gathering data to make a case for the viability of our product. Our target market was the Millennial, and I found that Millennials are still very much into gaming and purchasing and utilizing mobile applications in a myriad of areas.
